A Message to Our Customers
Nationally and in our neighborhoods, everyone is trying to keep up with the coronavirus outbreak. I am thinking constantly about the health and welfare of people around the world, and about how to balance meeting the needs of our customers, suppliers and colleagues with protecting the health of our community, all the while anticipating and adapting to the evolving reality. While we all work to protect ourselves and each other from the impact of COVID-19, I wanted to reach out personally to let you know how we are proceeding at Messner.
For the moment, all of our scheduled installations and in-home measurements are moving ahead as planned but with heightened precautions. Our installers and sales teams are using hand sanitizer before entering our customers’ homes. We are keeping our distance and not shaking hands. We are also insisting that anyone on our team who is symptomatic or has any suspected illness at home, stay home.
We want to remind customers that we offer free shop-at-home services, we are happy to work with customers over the phone or via FaceTime or Skype, and we are also happy to arrange in-store appointments for a private consultation. Our website provides useful tools and product selections for anyone who would like to start the shopping process at home.
The health and safety of our customers and colleagues, their families and communities are our highest priority. To that end:
- We are adapting to the evolving reality.
- Our work stations are sanitized many times per day.
- We have set up multiple stations for hand sanitizer.
- Warm smiles, NO handshakes.
- Samples are being sanitized.
- We are restricting unnecessary visits.
- We are limiting traffic in our locations.
This is what I know, so far. As we’ve all come to understand, tomorrow may be another story. Please know that any changes we make to the positions stated above will put health and safety first.
